What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

How do I buy a MAGWheel?

You can buy MAGWheel by contacting us on our website or at any of our dealers 

Is MAGWheel difficult to ride?

NO, MAGWheel is easy to ride after a little practice. We have different versions ( T1, T1-LH, T2, T3) to meet your different needs and levels. Everyone can find his/her right MAGWheel. Here is the introductions for beginners.

Can I try MAGWheel before purchase?

Yes, we have dealers and retailers in many countries, most of them could provide MAGWheel demos. You can find them HERE

What is the difference between T1, T1-LH, T2 and T3?

The MAGWheel T1, T1-LH, T2 and T3 comes in similar appearance but different motors, batteries, tires and so on. They're designed to meet different needs. Here you can find the detailed differences, it will help you to find a right version for you.

What comes in the box?

Do I need to charge the MAGWheel before first riding?

The MAGWheel you received is partial charge, we do recommend you charge it 4 hours before first riding.

Will the charger work in my country?

MAGWheel charger will work in any country with multi-voltage. Just tell us which kind socket you use.

What is the weight limitation of MAGWheel?

The rider weight for MAGWheel is 125kg.

Can MAGWheel climb hills?

All MAGWheel versions could climb hills up to 30°.

Can MAGWheel go off-road?

MAGWheel can go off-road, it can be used in any environment, city, junjle grassland or beach.

How fast can MAGWheel go?

The max speed of T1 and T1-LH is 20km/h, T2 is 26km/h, T3 is 35km/h

 

Does my MAGWheel come with a charger?

Yes! All MAGWheels come stock with chargers. But if you’re looking for faster charge times, please contact our sales to get the fast charger.

What’s the minimum age to ride MAGWheel?

MAGWheels are recommended for riders 14 years of age and older.

Are MAGWheels waterproof?

No. MAGWheel is water-resistant, not waterproof. They can withstand a certain amount of moisture, but we recommend taking extra care when riding in or near the water and completely drying the circuit board before charging to avoid damage.
